Data Processing Addendum

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

1. Role of Parties

• User = Data Controller
• Company = Data Processor

2. Processing Scope

Processing is limited to OCR and parsing of documents, geospatial computation, and output generation.

3. Confidentiality

All uploaded documents are treated as confidential.

4. Subprocessors

We may use subprocessors for cloud hosting, OCR/AI processing, and payments.

5. Data Deletion

Upon request or account termination, data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Security Measures

• Encryption in transit
• Access controls
• Logging and monitoring
