By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Services provide automated processing of GLO field notes, mapping, and geospatial outputs. Outputs are computational approximations and not a substitute for professional judgment.

3. No Professional Liability / Survey Disclaimer

Outputs are generated algorithmically, may contain errors, are not certified surveys, and do not establish legal boundaries. Users are solely responsible for verifying results and compliance with surveying laws.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate data, not to misuse the system, and not to upload unlawful or restricted data.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, and algorithms are owned by the Company. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.

6. Payment and Billing

Services use a credit-based system. Credits are charged per successful processing event. Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages arising from use of outputs.

8. Governing Law

Idaho.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
